HOW DO I REGISTER?

Via the text "Login" on the top of the homepage you will be automatically directed to our login page. As an existing customer, you can easily log in with your email address and password. If you are not yet registered, you can create an account with Berlintapete under “Register”.  

 

WHERE CAN I CHANGE THE INFORMATION ON MY ACCOUNT?

Log in with your access data and click on the link "Your account" above. Now click on the "Personal details" tab. Here you can change your billing address and your password. If you have a different delivery address, you can also specify this here. Please save your changes.  

 

HOW CAN I SAVE OR CHANGE MY PAYMENT TYPE?

Log in with your access data and click on the link "Your account" above. Now click on the "Payment method" tab. You can save your bank details here if you do not want to pay in advance or via PayPal. Activate the square checkbox, the corresponding input form will then be displayed. Please save your changes.

 

HOW CAN I ENTER MY LANGUAGE AND MONEY UNIT?

Log in with your access data and click on the link "Your account" above. Now click on the "Settings" tab. Please select your preferred language. The next time you log in, our website is automatically displayed in this language. You will also receive all emails about the current processing status and - if desired - a newsletter in this language. You can also choose from the currencies offered. Please save your changes.  

 

I'VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD 

No problem. In this case, simply click on the corresponding sentence under the login area on our registration page and we will immediately send you your personal password to your e-mail address.  

 

I WANT TO REGISTER BUT I AM TOLD THAT THE E-MAIL ADDRESS HAS ALREADY ASSIGNED.

In this case, you have probably already signed up with this email address. You do not have to register again, you can have your password sent to you. To do this, go to the login page and click the "Forgot your password?" Link. Enter the relevant e-mail address in the following form and click the "Request password" button. Your password will be sent to you. If this does not work either, please contact us briefly using our contact form.

 

ORDER PROCESSING STATUS

If you have saved an account with Berlintapete, you can see the current processing status of your order at any time. Log in with your access data and click on the link "Your account" above. All orders of the current year are now listed with the current status. To see the processing history and your order with all details in detail, click on the respective order.  

 

CAN I REPEAT ORDERS ALREADY PLACED?

No, unfortunately this is not possible. You will need to upload and configure your image again. If you would like to have your designs produced as collections, please contact us as a reseller. Use the contact form for this.
